Adam is a digital native, who lived on the island of JAVA with Python and Django and had a Coffeescript every morning. But then he moved to the cloud to be with a bigger community where he can fulfill his basic need of "right people for the right place". Arrived from the world of customer services, and we did this before.* She's got this 'I wanna know everything' attitude (the latter being her favourite word for some reason) which is super important here, as being a tech recruiter means one needs to learn new things every day. And she's a real LLL girl. (=Life Long Learning.) She's a firm believer in humanity and the power of coffee smell, and a tad bit struggling with OCD. (Sounds good to us, there has to be order in the candidate database and in the office, too.) She's very social, which is no wonder, as she has a degree about being socially sensitive. (Her other paper is about the connection between CSR and employer branding.) Apart from these, she also has experience in team building, trainings and recruitment, which why we hired her. Zsuzsanna Dobosné Schleer
Born and raised in Budapest's far-far-far away outskirts (are we there yet?), she's still a city girl, trying to enjoy her spare time in those famous ruin pubs among the hipsters and tourists. Just trying to, as she's busy studying, usually day and night. You'd think one degree is enough (say, in Human Resources) but no, she needed some other Arts, too. And she needs her spare time for her cute-lill'-dogy, which must be the most wonderful creature in the world according to her statement which must be true. (Unbiased opinions are our corporate slogan.) Recruitment has always been in the focus for her, and she has already tried herself in a few pretty hardcore areas, but Information Technology is the place to be at the moment, isn't it? Ok, in any case you're invited to an interview with her, do not drink alcohol that morning, because she is a pro in sensoring that thing! Zsuzsanna will also head our expansion initiatives into Southern Italy and Portugal, due to her other degrees in these languages, which is great as we honor the Web Summit in Lisbon with undying love. Zsuzsanna is a mixture of calm and a lil’of cray-cray. Think about bungee jumping and that stuff. Do not scratch your plate in front of her, and just don't be sloooooooow with her. Blanka came to us after an e-learning content development experience and previously she also faced some real shit working at a family counseling centre. (No, you don't want to know.) But it was a great experience how to make quick decisions in crisis and how to manage conflicts. (Real ones. Not the usual ones with your clients.) Prior to Mimox she has gained experience in endless LinkedIn research and guess what, she's not bored with it. (That's why we hired her, LOL.) She loves psychology and cool stories, health issues and skiing. The latter is practised by her since early childhood, so we won't bump into her on the slopes - the rest of the team is a rookie at best avoiding the skiing areas marked "black" under all circumstances. If you're a pro, expect to see her in the French Alps. But her childhood was spent by the lake Balaton, which is well, that's where you're supposed to be at summer, aren't you. (Yeah, she will swim past the buoy.) For the mellow fellows, she is also there at fine rock festivals and... and hokey games! Special abilities: endless patience, intuition, finding bugs in written text at annoying speed.
